Jelena and her team went above and beyond to get my dog ,Mayer over to the UK especially doing this crazy time. USDA paperwork didn’t make in time before his original flight , so they took care of him for almost 20 days drove him from Dallas to Austin, then to Houston to get all his paperwork taken care of and get him bored on his flight. I couldn’t be more pleased with how well they took care of him and us! I would give 100 stars if I could. Will for sure use Pet Porters again!

I had a work relocation from Charlotte NC to the Dallas/Fort Worth area in December of this past year, 2020. My profession relies on granular level details so research is critical. With that, I research everything personally as well, to satisfaction. In doing that, I ended up coming back to Pet Porters several times. I absolutely cannot overstate what an amazing job they did. Here's why: 1. I was juggling the sale of one house, the purchase of another, and the transport of 6 animals, 2 vehicles, and household goods - all independent of each other. In the very first phone call, Jelena got all of the details about the move from me (what I have listed above and more), confirmed the time table, and then called me back with a full trip plan, including the itinerary. At no point did I have to ask probing questions - she was fully prepared. 2. Because there is no place to stay for 2 humans and 6 animals, they had to drive straight thru both ways. Now keep in mind that they arrived, picked up, and immediately left for Texas. The ladies arrived on time, provided their certifications & credentials, were fully prepared - including emergency kits, had us inspect everything: the van, the crates for both the dogs and the cats, and the sleeping arrangements for our furbabies, to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. 3. One of the cats has a bad heart. They gave her her medication on schedule and texted me every time to confirm, so I didn't have to worry. 4. They stopped for potty breaks on schedule and always let us know when they stopped, where they were, and when they got back on the road. 5. They immediately let us know when they arrived in Texas, even thought it was a late hour. For me, that was an excellent thing. 6. When we were unexpectedly delayed and would not be able to pick up the animals as initially agreed on, Jelena assured me that she had the space to board them and that it would not be a problem at all. 7. In those extra two days, we received a ton of text pictures of everyone playing, getting settled in, being loved on by the staff…. And a few texts stating that ‘they wouldn’t mind keeping them forever’ 😀 8. When we finally arrived, Jelena knew that we were exhausted and very graciously offered to bring them to the new house so we would not have to drive anymore. She gave us a few hours to rest and arrived later in the afternoon (again, on time) bringing them all home. There is no way to articulate how pleased I was with Pet Porters, from the initial phone call to the very end of the trip. I can’t say ‘to the end’ because they also let us know that they would be more than happy to board all the animals again, for vacation or whenever we might need it. I have zero reservations about using them again and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone that is need of safe, reliable, attentive and loving transport service. The only other things I can say is that (1) they earned more than a five star rating but that's all I can give them, and (2) I wish every other aspect of the move had gone as smoothly as the Pet Porters experience did.
